Upstream dns-lexicon 3.2.8 contains an important fix for EPEL. Previous versions were completely broken on centos 7 / EPEL. Thus I kindly ask to push 3.2.8 to the repos as soon as practical. Also see upstream report: https://github.com/AnalogJ/lexicon/issues/416
