RHV docs includes recommendations relevant to topics like -  general, security, Host, Network & Self-Hosted engine.

This section should be referenced in RHHI-V deployment docs and should insist users to read through recommendations before starting the actual deployment.

Recommendation chapter has been added in the deployment documentation(chapter4) and the information is valid .

Hence, moving the bug to verified state.
