While we're no longer bound to the Kolla toolchain, we still have a lot of work to do to fully rid ourselves of some of the kolla assumptions. Until we're able to fully adapt TCIB to support a fully customizable UID/GID map we're stuck with these legacy assumptions. For the stated reasons we're closing this RFE as it doesn't fit with our up-coming development cycle at this time.
