Description of problem:
 It seems that the RHCS Developer Guide shows a supported S3 API feature that shouldn't be there. The doc has S3 bucket notification showing supported even though it is unsupported in upstream Luminous and Mimic. It isn't supported until Nautilus. My understanding is that it will be tech preview downstream, but should not be listed as supported.
