Description of problem:
In the console "Kind" attribute is shown as "Type"

Steps to Reproduce:
Catalog -> Installed Operators -> Pick one Operator -> All Instances tab -> see TYPE column, but it's KIND key in YAML

Now the TYPE column has changed to KIND.
