Currently our glide.yaml is pinned to master branches https://github.com/openshift/origin/blob/2fc5af18f187eb95ed02ca3b353588bb75b3292f/glide.yaml#L82-L90 which means that someone might accidentally overwrite one of openshift deps with data from master instead of appropriate release branches.

Here is the corresponding PR https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/22848 and one day earlier build https://openshift-release.svc.ci.openshift.org/releasestream/4.1.0-0.nightly/release/4.1.0-0.nightly-2019-07-02-221510 shows changelog of "Bug 1722919"
