Description of problem:

Segmentation fault always happens when running ruby's test "make test-almost" on only aarch64 since libffi-3.1-19.el8 .

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libffi-3.1-20.el8
libffi-3.1-19.el8

(With libffi-3.1-18.el8 the issue does not happen)

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhpkg co ruby
2. cd ruby
3. git checkout stream-ruby-2.6-rhel-8.1.0
4. rhpkg --release rhel-8.1.0-candidate srpm
5. brew build --arch-override=aarch64 --scratch --nowait rhel-8.1.0-candidate 

Actual results:
The segmentation fault happens.

Expected results:
The build is success.
