Describe the issue: 
As the latest CSV version is v4.1.2. The elasticsearch operartors couldn't be deployed if we specify 'startingCSV: "elasticsearch-operator.v4.1.0" ' 


Suggestions for improvement: 
Remove this line.

Changes are live in 4.1 and should be included 4.2 upon release.
