yum can be configured to try to resolve such errors by temporarily enabling
disabled repos and searching for missing dependencies.
To enable this functionality please set 'notify_only=0' in /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/search-disabled-repos.conf

Additional info:

Comment 1 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-06-26 11:22:56 UTC
Moving to QE as test only.
We have a multiproduct mapping in place to populate rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-* with new glibc-devel, gcc and glibc-headers once they ship to platform with RHEL.
This needs to be re-tested once RHEL 7.7 is released since it should fill the channel with the currently missing dependencies.

Comment 2 Wei Wang 2019-06-28 02:50:37 UTC
Test Version
rhvh-4.3.5.1-0.20190626.0
subscription-manager-1.24.13-1.el7.x86_64

Test Steps:
According to comment 0

Result:
Package systemtap can be installed successfully.

Bug is fixed, move to "VERIFIED"
