Description Bryan Kinney 2019-06-26 09:30:29 UTC
Description of problem:
Trying to create a new Network Router in an OpenStack Network Manager and specify the mapped cloud tenant.
The router is created. Although, in the Router's details the Cloud Tenant is "admin". As such it can't be used by the cloud tenant we specified. In Horizon the router is clearly set to the admin project.

1. Tenant Mapping is enabled.
2. admin user is a member of every project created on OpenStack 13.
3. The intended cloud tenant appears in the pull down menu.
4. Tested as both the tenant and Administrator user in CloudForms.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In OSP add admin to all projects
2. Enable Tenant Mapping for OSP Infrastructure Provider
3. Add a new router: Networks > Network Routers > Configuration > Add a new Router
4. Fill in all fields including Cloud Tenant Placement

Actual results:
New Network router is part of the admin project in OpenStack instead of the specified project/user

Expected results:
New network router should belong to the specified project/user.
