Description of problem:
When migrating 20 VMs/100GB, tens of such error appear in evm.log:

[----] E, [2019-06-26T08:40:27.348504 #12387:38af54] ERROR -- net.ssh.authentication.agent[a9d5ae4]: Q-task_id([job_dispatcher]) could not connect to ssh-agent: Agent not configured

Those errors are NOT failing the VMs migration. 
but do spam the evm.log

Fixed, tested on 5.11.0.16.20190724210259_2b4aa51, did not found such errors when we ran SSH migrations.
