Description Ben Parees 2019-06-27 21:55:55 UTC
To get 4.1.2 out the door we had to update our CSVs to explicitly declare themselves as v4.1.2. Now that the ART pipeline is updated, the pipeline is responsible for updating the version information. So we should clean up our metadata so it's not confusing.

Verfied in 4.1.2 and 4.1.4 testing. the CSV are updated by ART and RCM well.
