Description of problem:
The python2 subpackage of python-xmltodict was removed from Fedora Rawhide as part of #1691057 (see [1]. Unfortunately, this change was picked up in the f29 and f30 branches and the subpackage was subsequently removed from the Fedora 29 and 30 build repos. This is now causing issues as there are other packages (e.g. python2-winrm) that depend on the missing package. The f29 and f30 branches should have this subpackage added back in.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.10.2-9.fc29 and greater.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt a koji scratch build of python-winrm on Fedora 29 or 30

Actual results:
The build fails with: No matching package to install: 'python2-xmltodict'

Expected results:
The build succeeds.

Additional info:
This is currently blocking an update of python-dns-lexicon on Fedora 29.
