This is also reproduced on latest rhel7.7 snapshot build.

Deferring for consideration in RHEL 7.9 due to development capacity.

I will verify this bug against only the four langs [Japanese, French, Korean, Chinese] that were fully translated for rhel-7.9 as committed to in bug 1796833.

Although this bug has been verified in comment 9, I am setting two NEEDINFOs for the future

NEEDINFO on ljanda to update the Korean translation for subscription-manager msgid: {attr} set to "{val}".
The translated value is missing a closing double quote around {val}:  {attr}이/가 "{val}로 설정되었습니다.

NEEDINFO on nmoumoul to ensure that the next version of candlepin deployed to stage has pulled in the latest string translations for candlepin.  As shown here, there is no translation being returned by candlepin...
