The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

I am building the KDE desktop in EPEL8.  Several packages require qgpgme-devel.

qgpgme-devel is built when gpgme is built, but for some reason is not part of the  codeready-builder-for-rhel-8 (CRB) repository.

Other gpgme development packages (gpgme-devel and gpgmepp-devel) are in CRB repository, but not qgpgme-devel.

The packages affected by this omission are very important, but not critical.  They are packages like pim, mail and calendar.  Although KDE can function without these, many people would describe it as crippled.

Please add qgpgme-devel to CRB as soon as possible.

On RHEL8 I am able to install gpgme-devel. However, it is not available on centos8. Is there any advice on how to correct this situation?

The package that is missing is qgpgme-devel  (a q at the beginning of the name).

gpgme-devel is available on CentOS 8 in the PowerTools repository.
The CentOS PowerTools has all the packages found in the RHEL8 codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms (aka: codeready-builder) repository.

dnf --enablerepo=PowerTools list gpgme-devel
