Description of problem:
katello-remove does not remove yum versionlock, causing problems with installation after satellite removal

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.6 snap 10

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have existing installation of Satellite
2.run katello-remove
3.attempt to install for example capsule

Actual results:
Package not found even though all needed repos are enabled.
The following message is shown:
Excluding 406 updates due to versionlock (use "yum versionlock status" to show them)

Expected results:
katello-remove deletes versionlock, further installations are not blocked

Possible workaround is to call 

 $ foreman-maintain packages unlock

prior running katello-remove

Hello,

katello-remove is deprecated in satellite 6.7 and provided workaround in comment 3 so closing this BZ with  WONTFIX.
