Description of problem:

Actions on task dashboard trigger full page refresh. 

Full page refresh on every action on the dashboard kind of breaks the smooth experience, user looses the context for a while and tinkering with the controls soon becomes irritating. 

The refresh happens even in unnecessary situations, e.g. when selecting an already selected card.


Expected results:
Integration with the rest of the page, single-page application feel

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/27272 has been resolved.

Verified on Satellite 6.6 snap 16, the tasks table is now updated without page refresh
