With this release, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 is now supported with Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.5. You can now host bricks on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 machines to create volumes and perform all the standard file operations.

Update the build files to provide RHGS-3.5 RHEL8 server build.

The build is also needed in layered product RHV 4.4 and RHHI based on that release.
