Description of problem: When installing cri-o-1.14.6-1.rhaos4.2.el7.x86_64 on RHEL-7.6 worker, it's requiring containernetworking-plugins >= 0.8.1-1, the containernetworking-plugins package in ocp-4.2 repo is still containernetworking-plugins-0.7.4-1.el7.x86_64.rpm, and 0.8.1-1 also not available in shipped rhel-7/rhel-7-extra repos. We should get containernetworking-plugins package updated, or else it will be a blocker for QE's RHEL scale-up testing. Please feel free to change this bug to correct Component, it looks like a puddle building work.
