Description of problem:
License in specfile looks wrong to me.
According to [1], license should be MIT. Only the sample code in the demos/ subdir is licensed as CC0.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.
