vegastrike-0.5.1-36.r1.fc31 fails to build in F31:

BUILDSTDERR: checking ieeeconfigure: error: *** Python version 2.2 or later not found!
BUILDSTDERR: error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.rOB5WI (%build)

A difference between passing and failing build root is at <https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/build/6687011>.

This is probably triggered by moving "pyhon" program from Python 2 to Python 3.

Vegastrike upstream is in zombie state, there is an old unstable python 3 branch but that never got finished / stabilized. Since there is no viable python3 version, vegastrike has been retired.
