For the mass rebuild, we need to back out the upstream fix for this bug:


It caused a regression:


The util-linux bug also has not been fixed in Fedora.

glibc-2.29.9000-34.fc31 has the revert.  I'll leave this bug open for the revert of the revert, once we have the proper upstream fix.

We are not going to tackle this in Fedora 31 due to persistent issues.  See bug 1734680.  Everything has been reverted permanently.
