Description Aravindh Puthiyaparambil 2019-07-23 13:44:04 UTC
Description of problem: Marketplace operator does not restore default OperatorSources from a failed state

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit "community-operators" OperatorSource and change "spec.namespace" to an incorrect one. Example: a namespace that does not return any operators

Actual results: The OperatorSource remains in the failed state

Expected results: The OperatorSource should revert to the default values and be in a "succeeded" state
