Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.10.7.1 and 5.11.0.15 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add infra provider 2. Navigate to Timelines page of the infra provider Actual results: No title on the page Expected results: Should be a title on the page Additional info: Same is true for: clusters, hosts, availability zones, possibly container nodes, cloud providers, and possibly physical servers (but haven't checked this yet).
