Description of problem: The "Utilities" category seems to be missing on latest Fedora Rawhide when using a live system from iso. Instead, the apps from this category are placed among regular apps in GNOME Shell Overview. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-menus-3.32.0-1.fc30.x86_64 gnome-shell-3.33.4-1.fc31.x86_64 How reproducible: Every time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use latest Fedora Rawhide. 2. Open GNOME Shell Overview and switch to "All". 3. Look for the "Utilities" category. Actual results: The "Utilities" category is missing. Expected results: The "Utilities" category is present. Additional info: Everything works fine when using a system installed on a disk.
