Description of problem: This package is needed for a smooth transition from Sensu based availability monitoring to SAF. It enables collectd to behave like sensu-client and will then provide possibility to report container health to SAF server side. Upstream: https://github.com/paramite/collectd-sensubility Upstream dist-git: https://github.com/centos-opstools/collectd-sensubility After the package will be pulled and [1] will be merged upstream, we would also need to rebuild collectd kolla image to have this package available. [1] https://review.opendev.org/#/c/672547/
The package is already in CentOS OpsTools SIG repo https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=26372
Note that current package in opstools is bundling other golang packages in dependencies.tar.gz: golang(github.com/go-ini/ini) golang(github.com/juju/errors) golang(github.com/rs/zerolog) golang(github.com/streadway/amqp) golang(github.com/stretchr/testify)
The rpm collectd-sensubility-0.1.1-2.el8ost has bundled few golang deps at ATM.
Latest build does not bundle dependencies any more. [1] https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=26475
