No I'm not claiming that, I'm claiming that Go package are only called in by other Go packages based on their import path, that's why it's not useful to bother with Provides. https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Golang/#_import_path
That is: we use golang(github.com/xorm/builder), not the fully qualified name like golang-github-xorm-builder-devel. Not a single Go package in existence would use the fully qualified name.
