Description of problem:
Change Several Bugs at once" fails to update the "Blocks" field  when an alias is specified

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select change several bugs at once against a bug list
2.Specify an update to the "Blocks" field with a bug alias
3.Commit

Actual results:
Fails to update the selected bugs (silently)


Expected results:
Selected bugs would have the "Blocks" field updated.
