Hi,

Which of the Dockerfiles in the upstream repo should we review?

Moreover, I do not see the required labels in any of them.

Finally, the Dockerfile in question seems to be shipping non-RPM packaged software in it, which seems to go against the guidelines in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/containers/guidelines/guidelines/
