Description of problem: option "list-timezones" is not operationa.

Version-Release number: systemd.x86_64 241-9.gitb67ecf2.fc30 @updates

$ timedatectl list-timezones
Failed to request list of time zones: No such method “ListTimezones”

Expected results: function to be operational as command "sudo timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Helsinki" is.
