Description of problem:

When opening hexchat in a F30, the tray icon of hexchat (when using extensions like Tray Icons) appears too big and overflows the top-bar. This leads to interface inconsistencies and not being able to minimize or close windows.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open hexchat with any extension that show tray icons in the statusbar.

Actual results:

Hexchat's tray icon is so bit that breaks gnome's top-bar UI

Expected results:
Hexchat icon is small enough to fit the bar (as used to be in F29)
Or gnome should be smart (and defensive) enough to prevent this kind of problem from happening.
