Describe the issue: 

The URL list described in the docs (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.1/installing/install_config/configuring-firewall.html#configuring-firewall) and this article (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2998411) is not complete. The OpenShift cluster is also tries to contact other URLs.

For firewall rules and security a comprehensive list of URLs plus ports and protocols used is needed.


Suggestions for improvement: 

Please list all of the URLs, ports and protocols required by OCP.
