If the spice ca directory don't exist the task above fails.

Enroll certificate from engine:
Sep 10, 2019, 1:18:03 PM Enrolling certificate for host host_mixed_3 was completed successfully (User: admin@internal-authz).
Sep 10, 2019, 1:17:20 PM Enrolling certificate for host host_mixed_3 was started (User: admin@internal-authz).

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.3.6 release, published on September 26th 2019.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.3.6 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
