Description of problem:
The extra_ipv4_addrs vdsm hook will not work anymore if VDSM will use the network manager based driver nmstate.

For this reason this hook has to be updated to work with nmstate or be removed from VDSM and the docs.

The hook works fine with nmstate and NM

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
