Description of problem:
ESC does not detect Gemalto Cyberflex Access 64k V2C card using the build-in smart card reader in Broadcom Corp 5880 as well as HID Omnikey Reader.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
esc-1.1.2-10.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert the smart card
2. Launch ESC

Actual results: ESC does not display anything.


Expected results: ESC should detect the smart card and display it's details.
