Created attachment 1633220 [details] thread dump and projects metrics
@Akram Thanks1 You still can reproduce it with 1.0.41 sync or you just reproduce with lower version?
Customer still could reproduce the bug issue with 1.0.41 openshift-sync plugins, assign bug back.
I am working closely with customer to analyse it and try to provide a patch. Customer provided thread dumps now and some metrics where the issue happens. Based on preliminary analysis we are seeing an important number of threads of type: "OkHttp WebSocket https://kubernetes.default/..." . I am following this path which has been already reported as a cause of connection leak with one of our dependencies.
OpenShift 3.11 has reached the maintenance support phase of its lifecycle [1]. Only qualified security patches of Critical or Important severity, as well as select mission-critical bug-fix patches, will be backported to OCP 3.11. Closing this bug as it is not a mission-critical bug-fix, nor is it related to a security issue of any kind. [1] https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/openshift_noncurrent
