jctools failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f31 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=36634165 For details on the mass rebuild see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_31_Mass_Rebuild Please fix jctools at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, jctools will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32, jctools will be retired, if it still fails to build. Please note that this package is now maintained by the Stewardship SIG, but we can only provide minimal maintenance due to the high number of packages we own. Version updates are low priority for us, except when they fix other issues as well, so we cannot guarantee to be able to do this quickly (or at all). If you are interested in this package and / or getting it updated, feel free to contact us and we might be able to work something out.

Sorry, comment for the wrong bug. Fixing broken builds is medium priority, so we'll start working on this soon, but cannot guarantee anything.
Turns out this build failure was a fluke. Straight up rebuilds without changes succeeded. f32: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1366852 f31: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1327297
