Description of problem:

Warm migrations (bug 1650413) will require that the virt-v2v
--in-place option, previously disabled downstream, is enabled.
This involves simply dropping one patch from the downstream
package (0029-RHEL-8-v2v-Disable-the-virt-v2v-in-place-option.patch)
