This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle. Changing version to 31.
Igor, could you please give the neuro-sig commit rights on this package too? I'll rebuild it and push an update with the gdcm etc packages.

It cannot find the gdcm headers, which are installed in /usr/include/gdcm/. Orion, would you know how we can get it to look at the right paths please?
I think there might be some problem with pkg-config or cmake files in GDCM.
Yeh, I'll have a look. I've managed to fix this build in the meantime. Builds running now.
