Description of problem:
The Provider Synchronization table is not being populated after registering the appliance with insights

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.11.0.17.20190730152352_93b1c30

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an ovirt, vmware, or openstack provider
2. Configure the system to upload to CI/QA
3. Navigate to Red Hat Cloud -> Providers

Actual results:
Provider Synchronization table is empty

Expected results:
Provider Synchronization is populated

Following is observed in evm.log:
