Description of problem:
man dnf.conf has no mention of 'zchunk=True|False' option

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dnf-data-4.2.7-2.fc30.noarch

How reproducible:
Run "man dnf.conf", reading entire man page makes no mention of 'zchunk'

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man dnf.conf
2. zchunk new feature is not mentioned
3.

Actual results:
zchunk functionality is never mentioned

Expected results:
Should be informed that a 'zchunk' option exists to disable/enable use of zchunk
