Description Orcan Ogetbil 2019-08-03 21:05:34 UTC
Description of problem:
$ rpm -qplv python2-scons-3.0.5-3.fc31.noarch.rpm
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root root   16 Jul 24 08:42 /usr/bin/scons-2 -> /usr/bin/scons-2

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
scons-3.0.5-3.fc31

Not sure if there's a scons executable with the python2 subpackage. Please advise.

Comment 1 Antonio T. (sagitter) 2019-08-03 21:34:06 UTC
Sorry for this packaging error; please, use the build 'scons-3.0.5-4.fc31'.

>Not sure if there's a scons executable with the python2 subpackage. Please advise.

'python2-scons' does not longer provide a 'scons' command on Fedora 31+. Use 'scons-2' instead.

Will do. Thank you!

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to 31.
