Description Hans de Goede 2019-08-05 21:52:35 UTC
After running some dnf transactions the following warning is logged:

/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/net-snmp.conf:1: Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/net-snmp → /run/net-snmp; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.

Please update your tmpfiles.d config file(s) to use /run instead of /var/run.

Comment 3 Trevor Hemsley 2020-05-20 23:18:49 UTC
Bug is still valid for Fedora 32 and now worse as systemd-tmpfilesd then bails out and doesn't process any files after this one. That means that everything after net-snmp that needs tmpfiles.d to do anything for them then fails. On my most recent boot that meant no httpd, no tor, no mariadb, no xl2tpd. Please fix.
