Description of problem:
Hi,

Please package byobu for EPEL 8(RHEL 8)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/29/Everything/SRPMS/Packages/b/byobu-5.127-3.fc29.src.rpm

How reproducible:

I have successfully build byobu for RHEL from the above link.
Kindly build and upload on EPEL 8 repos for RHEL 8.
