Description of problem:
There are 3 types of problems in japanese version of snmptrapd man page.
(1)Some options are missing in snmptrapd man page in Japanese.
(2)-p option in Japanese man page is not same as the its of English page.
(3)Command options are listed not alphabet order in Japanese man page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to the system
2. export LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8
3. man snmptrapd

Actual results:
(1) Missing options in Japanese man pages.
-f, -h, -H, -L, -m, -M,-O, -p, -t, -x, --name

(2) Some options in Japanese man page is not same as the its of English page.

Japanese: デフォルトの 162 番ポートで実行したくない場合に、 実行させるポートを指定する。
English: Save the process ID of the trap daemon in FILE.
