This bug is for back port. However QE needs to test what mentioned in following.

QE needs to validate following 2 new introduced THT parameters. These values should be configured on 
OvsHandlerCores: 4
OvsRevalidatorCores: 4 

These values should be configured against following ovs parameters.  

other_config:n-handler-threads
other_config:n-revalidator-threads
