Description of problem:
 ‘Add Host’ button cannot work on /baremetalhosts page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-08-08-002434

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login web console goto /baremetalhosts page. (AFAIK, baremetalhosts.metal3.io CRD only configured IPI on Baremental platform)
2. Click 'Add Host' button
3.

Actual results:
No any response from the operation

Expected results:
The button should work well

Fixed by FFE PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/1975

The button takes effect, will bring user fill form to create host.

Will verify this bug once the status turned to be ON_QA.
