Created attachment 1601819 [details] Image of the popover above the masthead Description of problem: The Overview dashboard's Subsystem Health popover (accessed by clicking "See all" in the Health card) has a z-index of 9999, which makes it appear above the Console's masthead when the page is scrolled down. Not quite sure what the correct z-index is, but it's probably not 9999. :) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click "See all" in the Overview dashboard's Health card 2. Scroll the window down 3. Popover appears above the Console's masthead Actual results: Popover appears above the masthead when the page is scrolled down. Expected results: Popover should appear below the masthead when the page is scrolled down.
Hi Andy. I don't see a "See all" in the health card. Is it in Home -> Dashboards, in the Cluster Health card? And hhow do I check the z-index?

'See all' link is at the top right corner of the health card. As Andy reported, to verify the bug, open the 'see all' popover and scroll the content so that the popover collides with the masthead. Expected result is that the popover appears below the masthead. (See attachment).
