Description of problem:
Console codebase has transitioned to using PatternFly 4 based buttons, PopoverStatus uses old PF3 inline button which is not properly aligned in the table cell.

Expected results:
PopoverStatus button is properly aligned in the table

Hi Jiri, since I don't have BareMetalHost on my daily cluster, could you help to check if the fix works on your side?

Hi, I can confirm that the bug is no longer present in current console master. I can get back to you with a baremetal based cluster you can test this on if needed.

It would be great if a baremetal cluster can be shared! Can you mail us the cluster info? Thanks
