Description of problem:
Man page of did exists, however it is empty. Makefile in git seems to work as expected so it is probably caused by packaging error (git source tarball contains empty man page).

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.

Automation has figured out the package is retired in Fedora 31.
